We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to lead our Support Centre team. To succeed in this role you will have strong communication and organisational skills and have demonstrated experience in leadership and people management skills. Our Support Centre provides a high level of customer service and support to internal and external clients and is the first point of contact for all organisational incoming calls, primarily responding to participants appointment needs and providing administrative support to sites.
You will work closely with the Workforce Australia Services Manager and Workforce Australia Services Practice Specialist to ensure the Support Centre Team development, training and scheduling of workloads is in line with the Workforce Australia Services Manual.
You will responsible for the smooth running of the Support Centre and lead the Support Centre team to be vibrant, well trained and self-directed individuals able to make sound decisions in order to provide exceptional customer service and positive outcomes for customers. This role requires an attention to detail and ability to multi task in a busy environment undertaking a variety of compliance based tasks in a timely manner, whilst completing administrative operations with a high degree of accuracy at all times.
- Proven leadership and people management skills
- Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Windows and Office Environment
- Commitment to ensuring confidentiality in all areas of the business
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills with the ability to interact and liaise effectively with a broad range of people and groups in the community
- Strong organisational and time management skills with demonstrated ability to prioritise and undertake multiple tasks.
Desirable but not essential:
- Understanding of, and experience in, the recruitment services industry and labour market programs
- Qualifications in office procedures, or the ability and commitment to obtain them
- Current Driver’s Licence
