With a serious focus on our Prepare, Place, Keep strategy, our Senior Managers have embarked on a new support for staff to assist in these all-important strategies.
Two mornings a week, Senior Managers will work with each site at their morning buzz meeting to better understand the types of referrals to jobs that each site is making, ways in which to promote our “Hot Jobs” our “Hot Training” and any other opportunity that will increase the likelihood of our job seekers finding and sustaining suitable employment. This is a new take on support to sites and we are optimistic that this will offer further, targeted support.
Our staff are committed and passionate about what they do – that’s why they work in an industry that often throws a great many challenges their way. We hope to see this additional support create increased opportunities for job seekers, increased satisfaction for our staff and increased performance for the organisation as a whole.
