Indigenous Employment Mentor

Prime Function:

Manage a select caseload of Indigenous Job Seekers. You will provide one on one intensive support to ensure Indigenous Job Seekers become job ready and able to enter the workforce with confidence. Placements gained will be sustained for 75% of the entrants for 26 weeks using excellent communication, problem solving skills and Post Placement Support.

  1. Caseload Management of Indigenous Job Seekers
  2. Pre-Employment Support and Mentoring
  3. Post Placement Support and Mentoring
  4. Administration
  5. Networking, communications and marketing
  6. Compliance with Legislation, Employment Services Deed and Workskills’ Policies and Procedures
  7. Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement
  8. Team work and personal responsibilities
