Workskills Inc. not only assists with the support and training of job seekers and our community, but is proud to support Workskills staff wherever we can.
The inception of our “Ground Up’ program has proved very successful and is expanding. Earlier this year we recruited two Support Centre Trainees who are undertaking a Certificate III Customer Service. This is a two year traineeship and during this time, our trainees will rotate through different areas of the business to allow them to fully understand how each business unit fits together to make Workskills the organisation that it is. Our aim is to have our leaders of the future work through this program putting them in the front line to move into other roles within the organisation.
We are thrilled that we have been able to implement this internal program and have recently appointed two additional trainees to ensure we maintain the momentum of ‘Ground Up’.
